WITHINFEED (“WITHINFEED,” “we,” “us”) operates a creator activation platform that connects brands, creators, creatives, restaurants, service providers, events, athletes, cultural figures, and businesses through product offers, service trades, paid briefs, creator bids, campaign opportunities, content creation, and editorial/community features. WITHINFEED is operated by Second Nature.

Account information

Name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), phone number, and role (Creator, Creative, Brand, or Admin).

Creator and Creative profile information

• Bio, location, categories, primary and secondary services, availability, and rate preferences.
• Social handles and follower counts you provide, and links to your website or portfolio.
• Profile photos, profile videos, portfolio samples, and other media you upload.
• Reputation signals derived from your activity, such as Creator Score / Creative Score and tier.

Brand profile information

Company name, brand voice and immersion answers, target audience, preferred categories, goals, budget tier, fulfillment defaults, and team/seat information.

Campaign participation data

Briefs, applications, bids, approvals, counters, deliverables, shipments, messages, timelines, and the status of campaigns and projects.

Uploaded content and portfolio materials

Photos, videos, case studies, and other creative assets you submit, along with associated metadata you provide.

Payment and billing data

Subscription and billing details processed through our payment processor (Stripe), Access Pass and authorization records, and payout details you provide (such as W-9 information, Zelle, or Venmo handles). We do not store full payment card numbers.

Communication data

Messages, support requests, notification preferences, and correspondence with us or other users on the platform.

Device, usage, analytics, and log data

IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and similar technical information collected automatically.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. See “Cookies and tracking” below.

• Matching creators and creatives with brands, campaigns, briefs, and opportunities.
• Running campaigns, briefs, product seeding, service trades, and experiences.
• Processing creator and creative bids, brand approvals, authorizations, and payments.
• Sending notifications you have enabled (in-app, push, and — where offered — email or SMS).
• Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving our services and developing new features.
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms and policies.

With brands

When you engage with an opportunity, we share relevant profile, portfolio, score, rate, availability, and participation information so the brand can evaluate and coordinate the engagement.

With creators and creatives

Brands and campaign details necessary to evaluate and complete an opportunity are shared with the participating creators and creatives.

With service providers

We share information with vendors that host, support, and operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, file storage, analytics, and communications providers) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

With payment processors

Billing and transaction information is processed by Stripe and other payment partners to handle subscriptions, Access Pass authorizations, captures, and payouts.

With legal and compliance parties

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and functional and analytics cookies to remember preferences and understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the platform works. A jurisdiction-specific cookie banner and preference center may be added as the platform evolves.

• Profile visibility: control what appears on your profile and update it at any time from your settings.
• Notification preferences: choose which notifications you receive and set quiet hours.
• Cookie preferences: manage cookies through your browser and any preference center we provide.
• Access, update, or deletion: request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained as described below.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

WITHINFEED is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age in our Terms (generally 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California and other state residents may have additional rights. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

WITHINFEED is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws than those in your country of residence.
