Creator Community Guidelines

• Communicate professionally and in good faith with brands, creators, creatives, and the WITHINFEED team.
• Honor your commitments and respond to messages and approvals in a timely way.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind.

• Keep your profile accurate — your identity, location, categories, services, rates, audience, and portfolio.
• Do not misrepresent your audience, reach, capabilities, or past work.
• No fake engagement, purchased followers, bots, or manipulated metrics.
• No misleading reviews, fabricated testimonials, or deceptive claims.

• Create content that is lawful and appropriate for the campaign and audience.
• Do not promote unsafe, illegal, counterfeit, or recalled products or services.
• Respect intellectual-property rights — only use music, footage, and assets you are licensed to use.
• Follow each brand's reasonable guidelines and the agreed brief.

Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose sponsored, gifted, paid, and incentivized relationships in accordance with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides and applicable law. Use clear disclosures (for example, #ad or platform paid-partnership tools) placed where your audience will notice them. See the Usage & Content Rights policy.

Accepting an opportunity or having a bid approved is a commitment. Complete accepted work to the agreed scope and timeline, deliver as promised, and communicate early if something changes.

• Reliability, completion, and quality build your Creator Score / Creative Score and tier.
• No-shows, abandoned projects, off-platform circumvention, and policy violations can lower your reputation and limit your access to opportunities.

WITHINFEED may take action when these guidelines are violated, proportionate to the conduct, including:

• Warnings and content removal.
• Reputation/score impact and reduced visibility or eligibility.
• Temporary suspension of features or opportunities.
• Account suspension or termination for serious or repeated violations.
